                                          TODAY AT GRACE

TODAY WE WELCOME all the VBS kids and their families to our worship
service! We had a great time this week learning how fearless kids can
shine God’s light! To all those who prayed, donated, or participated
in VBS this week, we thank you!

CHILDREN & WORSHIP
All Children ages 3 years – 2nd Grade will meet together
through the summer months in the Fellowship Hall.
Worship Leaders this week are Erika Wigent and Sue Stuk.
The children will be brought back upstairs to sing the closing VBS songs.

HEALTH CONCERNS – Al Grimm is hospitalized at Spectrum Downtown.
Bob Stadt will undergo another surgery on his knee on Tuesday,
June 16. Christy Oppenhuizen will have sinus surgery on
Wednesday, June 17 in Kalamazoo. Please keep all these persons in
your prayers this coming week. See Prayers & Praise Line for all
prayer requests and praise reports. 

                   NEXT SUNDAY – JUNE 21, 2009
                                FATHER’S DAY

NEXT SUNDAY we will celebrate Father’s Day. Also, the emphasis in
Pastor Rick’s message will be “healing”. Following the service, a
special time of prayer and anointing by the Pastor and Elders will
take place. We invite all those who would like special prayers for
healing to join us at the front of the sanctuary.

DARRELL & KIA DELANEY have announced their resignations effective
June 30. Darrell will be taking up full time studies at Western
Theological Seminary in the fall and Kia will take classes part time at
Aquinas toward a teaching degree. We will bid them farewell next
week in our service and during a special coffee & cake time to follow.

                     MISCELLANEOUS ANNOUNCEMENTS

THE MOVIE FIREPROOF is now available in our church library!

THE SPECIAL OFFERING FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE is designated for the
GRACE BUILDING FUND. Our goal is to raise $120,000.00. This
offering will be received on June 28th.
